What is Waste To Fiber?

Without the use of heat or chemicals, FIBER REVIVE's Waste To Fiber process creates reusable materials used in construction and road building.

Our Process
FIBER REVIVE’s Waste To Fiber process begins with the introduction of shredded wind blades, which feeds simple mechanical equipment.
The recycling machinery creates a sized composite fiber while also reducing and utilizing less valuable structural components like foam and balsa wood.

The entirely mechanical process is the most environmentally-friendly, efficient, and economic wind blade recycling option available today.

Our Product

Fibers, not fillers. WTF!
Recycled fiberglass products have been tested in real-world applications and by accredited third-party labs.

Microfibers (<1” in length) improve tensile strength and prevent cracking as concrete cures. Displaces virgin plastic shrinkage fibers (typically polypropylene or polyethylene). A cost-effective alternative to virgin fibers providing significant savings at comparable performance.
Microfibers can also provide plastic shrinkage and crack control benefits in applications like concrete bag mixes and 3-D concrete printing.

Products manufactured by FIBER
REVIVE have a reduced carbon footprint
over conventional virgin materials.
